• AI team, you will be responsible for… Supporting the design and execution of analytical projects using behavioral science, statistical, and experimental design principles

Integrating, transforming, cleaning, and validating data from multiple systems to create usable data sets for analysis and reporting

Developing insights from statistical and machine learning models across workforce, employee lifecycle, and survey research topics

Conducting analytics and model development on Microsoft Azure platforms, including Azure Databricks and Apache Spark-based environments

Implementing scalable and automated processes to improve model production, research workflows, and business decision support The team The Talent Experience & Engagement, Advanced Analytics & AI team’s mission is to inform and enable data-driven business and people decisions by developing tools and uncovering insights leveraging behavioral and data science to address key leadership questions and challenges. Integral to achieving this mission are the Data Science colleagues who collaborate closely across Talent and the business to deliver data-driven insights on the workforce and develop data and AI applications for business automation.





We’re looking for a professional to work closely with other Data Science and People Analytics team members to support defined projects that enhance the firm’s performance, productivity, and profitability through its people by conceptualizing analytical projects, mining, collecting and analyzing data, and providing actionable recommendations to guide the firm’s talent strategy across a wide variety of Talent topics including acquisition & mobility, leader/manager development, engagement, inclusiveness, individual/team performance, development, and exit.

Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM Qualifications Required: Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

7-9 years of overall experience, including 2-3 years of applied experience in statistics, analytics, and data mining

Experience performing data manipulation and analysis in Python or R using standard analytical libraries

Experience writing SQL queries to merge, filter, and transform data from relational databases

Experience applying statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, resampling procedures, and regression analysis

Experience building, transforming, and validating large data sets from multiple data sources

Experience applying artificial intelligence and data science techniques to analytics, modeling, or workflow automation use cases

Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools, including large language models, to support analysis or workflow automation Preferred: Experience conducting behavioral or social science research

Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms, including Azure Databricks

Experience using PySpark, SparkR, or Apache Spark for scalable analytics

Experience applying machine learning, natural language processing, or predictive modeling techniques

Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools, including large language models, to support analysis or workflow automation
