– Spanish-Speaking Auto Parts Sales Executive

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Auto Parts Sales Executive to join our Auto Parts Sales Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling Spanish-speaking customers, identifying their auto parts requirements, preparing quotations, generating sales, following up on leads and orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers and clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate automotive parts.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in Spanish-speaking markets.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, quotations, and orders.
- Communicate product specifications, availability,



pricing, and delivery timelines in Spanish.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall department growth.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory – verbal.
- Good command of English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office/Excel.
