We are urgently looking to fill in 2 positions for sourcing managers.

JD is as per below.

Budget: $1200 - $1400 per month + bachelor s accommodation.

Experience: 2-5 years

Duration of contract: 2 years renewable.

Position

Souring Manager

Acknowledge RFQ form the client

Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies.

Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships

Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms

Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.

Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.

Generating quotes after the comparison, obtaining approval from the management and submitting to the clients.

Conduct checks on documentation deadline required for quoting special requirements.

Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.

Examine and test existing contracts.

Sending Expression of Interest for tender advertisement from the newspaper as per management s advice on participation.

Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.





Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company

Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.

Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.

Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.

Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

Daily reporting to the management on RFQ status report.

Skills

Experience of 4-5 Years in Procurement, Contracting in Steel Trading / Manufacturing Industry

Good English written and spoken, High Computer skills

Positive knowledge of global procurement.

Education

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
