Role Description The Sourcing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing activities across multiple categories. The role involves identifying and qualifying suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring adherence to quality, delivery, and compliance standards.

The Sourcing

Manager will analyze market trends and procurement data to support cost optimization, vendor consolidation, and risk mitigation.



Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, issuing RFQs/RFPs, managing contracts, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The role also includes monitoring supplier performance, supporting process improvements, and contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives that align with ProcMart’s business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong sourcing and procurement skills, including vendor identification, evaluation, and negotiation.
- Ability to manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance metrics across multiple categories.
- Proficiency in data analysis, cost benchmarking, and use of procurement or ERP tools.
- Knowledge of MRO categories, supply chain workflows, and procurement best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in B2B procurement or sourcing, preferably in MRO or industrial categories.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with evolving priorities.
