Company Description Ki&ka; is building a new-age home decor & furniture product base brand, and we’re looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead our vendor and product sourcing function.

Role Description The Sourcing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for interior design projects. This role includes identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors and suppliers for materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes, while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

The Sourcing

Manager will negotiate contracts and pricing, maintain supplier relationships, and monitor inventory levels to support project timelines. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating closely with design, project management, and finance teams to align sourcing decisions with project requirements and budgets. The role also requires tracking market trends, assessing new products, and continuously improving sourcing processes to support ki&ka; commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

Experience: 3–4 years in sourcing/vendor management (home decor & furniture industry preferred)

What you’ll do

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/manufacturers across home decor and furniture categories




- Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and delivery timelines with suppliers
- Build and maintain a reliable vendor database across regions/clusters
- Conduct factory/vendor visits and quality audits as needed
- Work closely with the product and category teams to plan sourcing in line with business needs
- Track market trends, current materials, and manufacturing hubs in the home decor/furniture space
- Ensure timely procurement while optimizing cost and quality

What we’re looking for

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in vendor/product sourcing, preferably in home decor, furniture, or related manufacturing categories
- Strong network of vendors/manufacturers in this space is a big plus
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Ability to travel for vendor/factory visits, if required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
