Job Scope:

This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for blue-collar workforce hiring across regions. The incumbent will lead manpower planning initiatives, conduct market intelligence studies, manage sourcing vendors, and ensure the availability of talent pipelines to support existing and new business operations. The role requires extensive travel, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in workforce planning and labor market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for blue-collar and frontline workforce hiring across multiple regions.

- Conduct manpower forecasting studies and analyze industry labor trends to support business growth and operational requirements.

- Identify, evaluate, and establish new sourcing channels to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.

- Travel extensively to scout talent, assess labor availability, and build sourcing networks across locations.

- Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys to ensure competitive hiring strategies.

- Lead manpower planning and workforce mobilization activities for new projects and business expansions.

- Build and maintain relationships with training institutes, employment exchanges, NGOs, labor communities, and referral networks.

- Manage recruitment vendors and manpower suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.

- Monitor vendor performance through KPI reviews, audits, and corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement.

- Organize recruitment drives, job fairs, walk-in campaigns, and mass hiring initiatives.





- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business teams to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.

- Ensure timely mobilization, onboarding, and deployment of workforce as per project timelines.

- Maintain sourcing MIS, dashboards, and recruitment analytics for management review.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, statutory requirements, and ethical recruitment practices.

- Monitor industry hiring trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring practices.

Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, manpower planning, or workforce mobilization.

- Strong experience in blue-collar, volume hiring, and workforce deployment.

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or staffing industries is preferred.

Qualification:

- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree from a reputed University/Institute.

Skills and Competencies:

- Fluency in Hindi (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of blue-collar hiring markets and labor availability across regions.

- Positive understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.

- Expertise in manpower forecasting, workforce planning, and market intelligence.

- Vendor management and vendor performance management skills.

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
