Responsibilities

- Sourcing/Procurement of F&V; through various importer/exporters and competitive rates
- Establish solid relationships with network of importers so that Ninjacart becomes preferred partner for them
- Delivery of weekly/daily purchase and sales goals in the category
- Establish a network of loyal customers for sales for our stock
- Manage a team for quality check, loading collections etc
- Owning P&L; for the overall trade volumes

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and support a team of cluster heads to successfully and strategically deliver on goals.
- Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing the team, recognizing strengths and weaknesses
- Create and maintain a team environment of continuous improvement and self-learning with a focus on team efficiency and productivity

- Experience in F&V; business
