Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business objectives, including cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform procurement decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in Sourcing Lead or similar role in the Engineering & Construction industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

- Strong understanding of negotiation techniques and ability to build robust relationships with vendors.

- Experience with relationship management tools such as CRM software.
