Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the international solution architecture for expansion of the Digital Distribution Platform (DDP) across EMEA, APAC, and CALA.
- Analyze the existing North America DDP architecture, capabilities, and operating model to identify reusable global patterns and components.
- Define and design ERP-based and enterprise platform solutions aligned with both global business objectives and regional operational requirements.
- Define future-state international DDP architecture models aligned to enterprise standards while enabling regional flexibility where required.
- Identify gaps between current North America capabilities and international business requirements, translating these into scalable architecture and platform recommendations.
- Drive architecture decisions across ERP, supply chain, order management, warehouse operations, customer experience, and integration domains.
- Ensure scalability, integration, security, and performance across enterprise systems and regional deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions and implementation roadmaps.
- Engage with regional business and operational leaders to understand market-specific processes, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and operational constraints.
- Lead capability assessments, roadmap development,



and solution review activities across international regions.
- Provide architectural leadership, technical guidance, and best practices to project teams and solution architects supporting deployment initiatives.
- Support prioritization of regional requirements and help define phased deployment and transformation strategies.
- Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies, cloud-first capabilities, AI-enabled solutions, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide solution architects and technical teams supporting international transformation program.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, digital transformation, or enterprise platform leadership.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs across global organizations.
- Strong expertise in ERP ecosystems, supply chain platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Deep understanding of cloud-first architectures, integrations, APIs, middleware, and scalable platform design.
- Experience adapting enterprise platforms for international and regional business models.
- Solid knowledge of distribution, supply chain, logistics, and industrial operations.
