POSITION OVERVIEW

Solvei8 is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Solution Consultant to drive the implementation of Solvei8's solutions at apparel and garment manufacturing client factories across India and Bangladesh. This role sits at the intersection of technology and shop-floor reality — working closely with client stakeholders to understand business processes, scope the right solution, and lead its on-ground implementation, training, and adoption.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in the Planning / PPC (Production Planning &

- Control) department within apparel manufacturing, along with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Prior hands-on experience with a production planning tool (e.g., Fastreact Planner, Coats Digital, or equivalent) will be an added advantage. This role spans the client engagement lifecycle — from feasibility studies and requirement gathering to solution design, implementation, training, and post-go-live support — working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. The role requires extensive travel (up to 70%) to client factory locations across India and Bangladesh.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirement Gathering &

- Solution Scoping
- Carry out feasibility studies and requirement-gathering exercises before implementing a project.
- Assess customers' requirements and challenges, understand client business processes, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the solution to the client.
- Interact with the top management of client organizations to understand their business processes.
- Identify the key stakeholders of the project and secure their involvement in requirement sign-off.




- Document client requirements as a Statement of Work (SOW) for sign-off by the client.

Solution Design &

- Presentation
- Determine the best-fit solution and develop the solution proposal along with its value proposition for the client.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrations showing how the solution fits customer needs.
- Serve as a product and technology adviser to both prospective and existing clients.
- Advise Sales and Customer Success teams by breaking down the project scope into project milestones.
- Assist the sales team on product domain to assess the feasibility of providing or expanding existing solutions for a project.

Implementation &

- Training
- Lead the implementation of Solvei8 solutions at client factories as per the scope decided.
- Train on-ground factory staff during and after implementation.
- Conduct meetings and workshops with internal and external teams to clarify requirements.
- Participate in onsite visits to support implementation and closure of a project.
- Assist implementation teams by participating in training and delivery activities whenever required.

Stakeholder &

- Escalation Management
- Communicate additional requirements received from the client to the relevant internal teams (e.g., Product team) in a timely manner.
- Coordinate between client teams and internal delivery, product, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS





- Graduate/Industrial Engineering, or B.F.Tech (Apparel Production).
- 3–5 years of experience in the Planning / PPC (Production Planning &
- Control) department within apparel manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with a production planning tool (e.g., Fastreact Planner, Coats Digital, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Strong critical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills — ability to work with a varied set of individuals across all levels; initiates and develops business relationships in a positive way.
- Strong planning, organizing, and reviewing skills, with sound decision-making and influencing ability.
