We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the architecture and design of a next-generation Telecom CRM platform. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in designing highly scalable, high-throughput, cloud-native microservices capable of handling large transaction volumes.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of Java-based backend systems, event-driven architecture, TM Forum Open APIs, and modern frontend technologies. You will work closely with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define architecture, establish engineering standards, and drive technical excellence across multiple teams.

# Key Responsibilities

- Define the overall architecture for a large-scale Telecom CRM platform.
- Design highly available, fault-tolerant, and horizontally scalable microservices.
- Build systems capable of handling high TPS (Transactions Per Second) and high-volume workloads with low latency.
- Design event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for asynchronous communication.
- Establish API standards aligned with TM Forum Open APIs.
- Define database architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization strategies using MySQL.
- Drive cloud-native architecture and deployment strategies on Kubernetes.
- Define security, observability, logging, monitoring, and resiliency standards.
- Review solution designs and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with frontend teams to define integration patterns for React-based Micro Frontends.
- Lead architecture reviews, proof of concepts, and technology evaluations.
- Mentor senior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, maintainability, and security requirements.

- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
- Familiarity with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and IAM solutions such as Keycloak.
- Experience with performance testing and capacity planning.
