About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Solution Architect with strong enterprise solution design experience and deep hands-on expertise in .NET and AI/ML-enabled platforms. This role is responsible for defining end-to-end architecture for new and existing digital products, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and guiding delivery across frontend, backend, data, cloud, integration, and machine learning workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise web, cloud-native, and AI/ML-enabled applications across frontend, backend, integrations, data, and infrastructure layers.

- Translate business requirements, user specifications, and stakeholder discussions into architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, delivery plans, and scalable implementation approaches.

- Define target-state architectures, roadmaps, standards, timescales, and governance mechanisms to support effective use of technology and digital services.

- Act as design authority and provide architecture assurance, ensuring all architecture deliverables are aligned with organizational standards, policies, security requirements, and strategic goals.

- Drive full lifecycle solution delivery from concept, requirements gathering, specification, design, development, testing, acceptance, deployment, and operational support.

- Design and enable AI/ML-powered features and platforms, including model selection, data pipelines, feature engineering, inference patterns, deployment, evaluation, monitoring, and optimization.

- Build prototypes and proof of concepts for AI-enabled capabilities, including model fine-tuning and production-readiness assessments.

- Define API contracts, system integration patterns, and technical architecture artifacts for enterprise-scale applications and services.

- Guide engineering teams on coding standards, reusable frameworks, design patterns, and architectural best practices.

- Establish and maintain standards for CI/CD, automated testing, source code management, containerization, orchestration, observability, and operational readiness.





- Evaluate and select appropriate cloud platforms, managed services, MLOps tools, frameworks, libraries, and third-party vendor solutions.

- Ensure strong security, privacy, compliance, resilience, and performance optimization across applications, APIs, and ML pipelines.

- Provide leadership in determining and promoting appropriate frameworks, libraries, tools, and engineering approaches used to translate architecture into working code.

- Mentor technical teams, review solution designs and code, lead architecture reviews, and help build new technical capabilities within the team.

- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, clients, and both technical and non-technical audiences to explain solution approaches, trade-offs, and delivery considerations.

- Drive cost optimization, capacity planning, enterprise integration strategy, and support for organizational change and technology adoption.

Required Qualifications

- 13+ years of software development experience, including significant experience in solution architecture, technical design, and enterprise application delivery.

- Robust hands-on experience with .NET technologies, including C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.

- Proven experience architecting and delivering full stack solutions spanning backend services, web applications, data platforms, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.

- Solid experience with SQL Server and broader data technologies, including SQL/NoSQL databases, ETL, data pipelines, and enterprise data integration.

- Experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, JSON, SOAP, WCF, microservices, SOA, and enterprise integration patterns.





- Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML concepts and implementation, including building, fine-tuning, deploying, or integrating machine learning models into production applications.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS, including compute, storage, databases, identity and access management, networking, and managed platform services.

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including source control, continuous integration, continuous deployment, automated testing, and release governance.

- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

- Good knowledge of frontend development with HTML, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.

- Strong understanding of application security, data privacy, compliance, and performance tuning.

- Excellent documentation, technical proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and communicate effectively with clients, leadership, and delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with MLOps tools and platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or similar.

- Experience with LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or FAISS.

- Familiarity with high-throughput, low-latency architectures and real-time inference systems.

- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

- Experience with IIS, Mono, ASP.NET MVC vNext, and related Microsoft web ecosystem technologies.

- Knowledge of CRM and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics.

- Prior experience in product-led or SaaS environments and in leading cross-functional engineering teams.

- Ability to adopt emerging technologies quickly and establish new capabilities within architecture or engineering teams.
