Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Solution Architect to drive Application Development and Modernization initiatives. The role involves engaging with clients to understand business challenges, assessing existing application landscapes, defining target-state architectures, and designing scalable, secure, and cloud-ready solutions.

The Solution

Architect will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Technology teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives and digital transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Discovery

- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, technical challenges, and target-state outcomes.
- Conduct technical discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Analyze existing application architecture and identify modernization opportunities.
- Recommend technology solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Solution Architecture & Design

- Design scalable, secure, and resilient applications using modern technologies such as .NET, Java, Python, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Define end-to-end solution architecture covering application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure layers.
- Apply DevSecOps principles including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, availability, reliability, and security requirements.

Technical Solutioning





- Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solution designs.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and solution documentation.
- Support effort estimation, sizing, technology selection, and cost optimization.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.

Client Engagement

- Lead technical discussions, architecture workshops, and solution presentations with business and IT stakeholders.
- Present solution approaches, modernization strategies, and technology recommendations.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations to validate proposed solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by providing technical expertise and strategic guidance.

Collaboration

- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Product, and Cloud teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Support proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, cloud services, and application modernization best practices.

Core Skills Required

Technical Expertise

- Strong understanding of Application Architecture and System Design.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure,



or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architectures.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong understanding of secure application design principles.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and cloud-native application development.

Soft Skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Experience

- 10-15 years of overall IT experience.
- 4-5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Enterprise Solution Design, or Application Modernization.
- Experience designing cloud-native and enterprise applications.
- Prior experience in application development or modernization projects is preferred.
- Experience engaging with clients, understanding business requirements, and delivering technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Cloud Migration and Application Modernization.
- Understanding of API Management, Integration Platforms, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled applications and modern software development practices.
- Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are an added advantage.
