JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a technically strong Solutions Analyst to support a broad range of enterprise technology pursuits across Data, Cloud, Platforms, QA, and AI-enabled solutions.

This role is designed for individuals who enjoy learning across technology domains, conducting structured research, and turning complex ideas into clear, persuasive capability stories.

This is not an RFP processing or bid-management role, and it is not a fallback position for disengaged developers.

It requires curiosity, ownership, strong communication skills, and comfort operating in high- expectation, deadline-driven environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Solution & Capability Development

- Support active pursuits by researching technologies, platforms, competitors, and client contexts
- Develop solution summaries, capability decks, and technical narratives
- Assist in shaping use-case-driven stories that link technology to business outcomes
- Contribute to reusable solution kits, reference materials, and playbooks

Technical Research & Analysis

- Research and synthesize information across:
- Cloud platforms and enterprise architectures
- Data & analytics ecosystems
- QA, automation, and AI-enabled solutions




- Understand how technologies are applied in real enterprise environments, not just academically

Collaboration & Enablement

- Work closely with Senior Solution Specialists and Delivery leaders
- Translate high-level ideas into structured content and visuals
- Support Sales teams with transparent, concise, technically accurate artifacts

Continuous Learning

- Build working knowledge across multiple technology domains
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and architectural patterns
- Proactively improve solution assets based on feedback and deal outcomes

Required Experience & Skills

- 5-10 years of experience in technology, consulting, or solution roles
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes
- Ability to learn new domains quickly and ask the right technical questions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a structured, analytical mindset

- Not a passive documentation role
