Role Description The Solar Field Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Etawah, responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining solar power systems at customer locations. In this role, the individual will perform routine inspections, diagnose technical issues, and carry out repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and safety. The position involves coordinating with project and sales teams, supporting customers with operational guidance, and documenting service activities and reports.

Executive will also assist in site assessments, quality checks, and adherence to company and regulatory standards. This role requires regular field visits, effective communication with customers, and timely resolution of service requests.

Qualifications

- Should possess robust knowledge of solar technologies, including Solar Power, Solar Industry, and Solar Systems.
- Should have understanding of broader renewable energy and Power Generation concepts, with exposure to Wind Energy beneficial.
- Relevant technical qualification in electrical, electronics, or renewable energy engineering (diploma or degree preferred).
- Hands-on experience in installation, testing, and maintenance of solar systems or related electrical equipment.
- Ability to read technical diagrams, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety procedures and standards.
- Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly on-site.
- Willingness to work in the field, travel within the region, and manage tasks independently.
- Basic computer skills for reporting, documentation, and use of service management tools.
