Job Overview

As a Software Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, visiting them, understanding their requirements, presenting our software solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

This is a field-based position, giving you the flexibility to manage your daily activities while actively meeting businesses and developing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales leads among businesses.

Visit restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, hotels, factories, and other potential customers.

Introduce and demonstrate our software products and solutions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing,



and available solutions to potential customers.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Submit weekly sales and activity reports online.

Requirements

- G.C.E.

Advanced

Level (A/L) completed.

- Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident and skilled personality.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work independently.
- Good understanding of basic computer and software conceptsWillingness to travel and meet customers in assigned areas.
- Previous experience in software sales, sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Own smartphone is required.
- Personal transportation is preferred.
