We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive quality engineering initiatives across customer-facing products and services by designing and implementing scalable test automation solutions. The ideal candidate is hands-on with modern automation tools, has a strong background in end-to-end testing, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through quality engineering.

Minimum Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including both manual and automation testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript for building and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Solid experience with Selenium automation.
- Strong expertise in Manual Testing, including:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- End-to-End (E2E) Testing
- Integration Testing
- API Testing
- Performance Testing
- Experience designing and developing automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Good understanding of Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud , including support capabilities such as Cases, Chat, Email, and Phone channels.
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Git version control.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with performance, accessibility, and security testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Knowledge of test data management and setting orchestration.
- Exposure to AI and Generative AI technologies for Quality Engineering, including AI-assisted test generation, automation, and quality analysis.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, communication,



and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, and Selenium.
- Execute manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Validate customer-facing workflows to ensure seamless user experiences across web applications and integrated systems.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test suites for continuous regression testing.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and test strategy discussions to ensure quality is embedded from the beginning.
- Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Perform API validation and integration testing for microservices and distributed applications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects by performing detailed root cause analysis.
- Contribute to test data management, environment readiness, and automation best practices.
- Leverage AI-enabled quality engineering practices to improve test design, execution efficiency, and defect detection.
- Continuously improve automation coverage, framework scalability, and overall testing efficiency.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality engineering best practices across the team.
