Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our global, multi-cultural team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to software quality, executing both manual and automated testing strategies. You will develop test scripts, collaborate closely with team members, and ensure our high-performance software solutions meet strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in defining testing scope, objectives, resources, and schedules for software projects.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated testing scripts.
- Create, execute, and continuously update manual and automated test cases.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and the architects to coordinate daily testing activities.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies to support the team's quality goals.
- Review requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications to ensure testability.
- Participate in defect triage, perform root cause analysis, and assist in risk assessments.




- Run and monitor automated tests within established CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications:

- BE, BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Solid proficiency in Python programming, with C# knowledge considered a plus.
- Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD) tools.
- Active ISTQB Foundation Level Certification.
- Good understanding of modern testing methodologies, including API and backend validation.
- Experience with Model-based testing is considered a valuable advantage.
