About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Software Project Manager to manage product development and operational coordination for Zoom My Life’s web, mobile, cloud, and AI-enabled healthcare products.

This person will work closely with company leadership, software engineers, UI/UX designers, AI/ML teams, clinical advisors, interns, vendors, and pilot customers. The role requires someone who can translate business and clinical needs into clear development plans, maintain accountability across teams, identify risks early, and ensure that releases are delivered with appropriate quality and documentation.

This is a hands-on role in a growing startup. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams while also improving the processes used to plan, build, test, release, and support our products.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct and Project Management

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Zoom My Life’s mobile, web, Firebase, cloud, and AI-related projects.
- Translate product vision, clinical workflows, and business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, milestones, and release plans.
- Create and maintain project roadmaps, sprint plans, dependency maps, resource plans, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate product development across Flutter, Firebase, backend, AI/ML, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demonstrations, retrospectives, and release-readiness reviews.
- Prioritize work with company leadership based on customer value, patient safety, technical dependencies, and available resources.
- Track deliverables, blockers, scope changes, risks, decisions, and action items.
- Ensure pilot feedback is documented, prioritized, implemented, and verified.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, designs, development tasks, test cases, and releases.

Engineering and Release Coordination
- Work closely with technical leads to define realistic estimates, architecture milestones, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate development across Flutter mobile/web, Firebase, Cloud Functions, APIs, integrations, and AI services.
- Monitor code review, testing, security review, build, deployment, and release activities.
- Establish and track quality metrics such as defect trends, escaped defects, test coverage, sprint predictability, and release stability.
- Ensure appropriate unit, integration, security, performance, and user-acceptance testing is completed.
- Coordinate development,



staging, pilot, and production environments.
- Maintain release notes, deployment checklists, rollback plans, known-issue logs, and post-release reviews.
- Support GitHub-based development workflows and CI/CD process improvements.

Operations Management
- Coordinate day-to-day EOS product-development operations in Hyderabad.
- Track team capacity, attendance, assignments, utilization, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Support onboarding and coordination of employees, interns, consultants, and vendors.
- Prepare weekly project and operational reports for India and U.S. leadership.
- Organize product demonstrations, customer-discovery sessions, pilot activities, and stakeholder reviews.
- Coordinate with clinics, hospitals, physicians, universities, and other pilot partners when required.
- Maintain project repositories, documentation, meeting records, decision logs, and operational trackers.
- Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements that increase accountability and delivery speed.
- Support resource planning, vendor coordination, procurement tracking, and basic project-budget monitoring.

Healthcare Quality and Compliance Coordination
- Work with clinical, quality, and compliance stakeholders to incorporate healthcare requirements into product plans.
- Help teams follow applicable privacy, security, consent, auditability, and data-governance requirements.
- Support product alignment with relevant frameworks such as HIPAA, India’s DPDP Act, ABDM/ABHA, and HL7 FHIR, as applicable.
- Ensure sensitive health-data features receive appropriate security and privacy review.
- Coordinate risk documentation, issue escalation, validation evidence, and release approvals.
- Understand that AI-generated clinical information requires human oversight, source traceability, safety controls, and careful validation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in software project management, product delivery, engineering operations, or technical program management.
- Demonstrated experience delivering mobile, web, cloud, or SaaS applications.
- Robust knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices, software development lifecycles, estimation, risk management, testing, and release management.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, GitHub Projects, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, project plans, status reports, and meeting documentation.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and API-driven application development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, designers, business leaders, clinicians, and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving,



prioritization, follow-through, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work onsite from LB Nagar, Hyderabad, and coordinate periodically with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HealthTech, medical devices, digital health, clinical software, electronic health records, or regulated software.
- Working knowledge of Flutter, Firebase, Firestore, Cloud Functions, REST APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Experience managing AI/ML, generative AI, chatbot, or clinical decision-support projects.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, DPDP Act, ABDM, FHIR, consent management, cybersecurity, and healthcare-data privacy.
- Experience coordinating multi-country or distributed teams across India and the United States.
- Exposure to startup environments, pilot deployments, customer discovery, and rapidly evolving product requirements.
- Project management certification such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or SAFe.
- Experience with quality-management or risk-management practices for healthcare software.

- Coordinate successful product demonstrations and pilot releases.
