Primary

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Java-based applications

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and development teams

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions

Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices

Drive system performance, security, and reliability improvements

AI User Responsibilities

Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

7+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java, Spring boot, Microservices & Kafka

Experience leading engineering teams or serving in a technical lead role

Solid knowledge of object-oriented design, APIs, databases, and cloud-based systems
