Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and batch/streaming data processing workflows on AWS and Databricks.
- Implement data transformations and analytics-ready datasets using Python and SQL.
- Build and maintain AWS-based data infrastructure and services to support scalable data ingestion and processing.
- Develop reusable data engineering components and support production deployments for data workloads.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review requirements, validate data outputs, and ensure operational reliability.

Skills Required:

- 5-9 years of relevant experience in data engineering / application data development
- AWS (core services for data and compute workloads)
- Python (data engineering development)
- SQL (data modeling and querying)
- Databricks (Spark-based data engineering)

Valuable to Have:
- AWS Cloud
