“HID Global is hiring for the role of Software Engineer for their Product Development team. This is a technical role and the person is intended to outline the software architecture and actively participate in the daily software development.

Qualifications & Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Develop and test automation workflows.
- Create process and end-user documentation.
- Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes)
- Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters,



Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
- Bridging the business domains with automation solutions to contribute for the digital transformation.

Education and/or Experience

- An Fresh Graduate degree from a recognized university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent or good knowledge on Software Development skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attitude to adopt Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, TDD etc)

Good Knowledge / Experience in the following skills

- Good Knowledge of RPA Concepts, Process Automation, Robots, workflows and activities
- Good Understanding of UiPath platform architecture including components and capabilities, UiPath Studio Navigation & UiPath Orchestrator
- Strong knowledge in Java, Python, .Net
- Create and maintain documentation for automation solutions, including process documentation, technical specifications, and user guides
- Experience with Databases (Oracle, MS SQL, or NoSQL) often preferred.
- Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Superior time and project management skills.
- Ability to work through ambiguous situations.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
- Be a quick learner and demonstrate the ability to adapt to change.

Language Skills

- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.

Work Requirements

- Travel and fieldwork, including international travel, may be required. Therefore, employee should be able to acquire, a valid US VISA.
