Company Description Revternal is building a real-time developer data intelligence layer for the AI-native ecosystem, founded by IIT Roorkee batchmates with extensive experience in data and GTM for B2B SaaS and AI companies. The company focuses on an API-first platform that powers AI agents, SaaS products like ATS and job boards, hiring marketplaces, and GTM workflows for developer tools.

Its product offerings include Search APIs for programmatic developer discovery, Enrich APIs for detailed skill and experience profiles, Intel APIs for real-time behavioral signals, and Listener APIs to track developer conversations by specific keywords or phrases. Revternal is geared toward teams building AI agents, hiring engineers, or selling to developers, offering early access and close collaboration with customers.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain API-first services that power Revternal’s developer data intelligence products, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing backend features, writing clean and testable code, integrating data sources, optimizing data processing pipelines, and collaborating with product and data teams to build new capabilities. The role also involves participating in code reviews,



improving system architecture, monitoring production systems, and contributing to documentation and internal tooling. The person in this role will work closely with founders and cross-functional stakeholders to iterate rapidly and deliver high-impact solutions for AI and SaaS customers.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and microservices.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their practical application.
- Experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or Node.js) and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code, backed by unit and integration tests.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in data-intensive, B2B SaaS, or AI-related products is a plus.
