AstroPal is an AI-powered Vedic astrology app that delivers personalized guidance based on each user’s unique birth chart — not generic zodiac predictions.

We combine traditional Vedic astrology with contemporary AI to answer real-life questions around career, relationships, health, finances, love, and timing in clear, everyday language.

We’re building the company from 0 → 1 , and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that process.

The Role

We’re hiring a Growth Engineer Intern who sits at the intersection of growth, AI, engineering, and content .

This is not a traditional growth internship where you spend your time making spreadsheets or running predefined experiments.

You’ll be expected to build things, launch things, experiment constantly, and figure out what works .

You might build an AI-powered landing page in the morning, create a content generation pipeline in the afternoon, and analyze conversion data in the evening.

You should be comfortable operating with very little structure and turning an idea into something users can actually interact with.

What we're looking for

1. You understand astrology

You don't need to be an expert astrologer.

But you should genuinely believe there is something worth exploring in the ancient science of astrology and be excited about building in this space.

You should be able to answer basic questions like:

- How many houses are there in a Kundali?
- What do the different houses represent?
- What is a birth chart?
- What is the difference between Vedic and Western astrology?
- What are concepts like planets, signs,



houses and dashas?

More importantly, you should be able to explain astrology simply to someone who knows nothing about it. 2. You're AI-native

AI isn't a tool you occasionally use. It's how you work.

You should be comfortable using AI coding and creative tools to go from an idea → prototype → shipped product quickly.

If you can build a web page that feels thoughtfully designed rather than like generic "AI slop" , you'll fit right in.

3. You love growth and experimentation

You should naturally think

"What can we try?"

You'll help us experiment across acquisition, activation, retention, content, SEO, landing pages, product experiences, and distribution.

You'll be expected to identify opportunities, build experiments, launch them, measure the results, and iterate.

4. You can create with AI

We want someone who can use AI to dramatically increase their creative output.

This could mean

- Building AI-generated content pipelines
- Creating social content at scale
- Experimenting with AI image/video generation
- Building SEO content systems
- Creating landing pages and growth loops
- Automating repetitive growth workflows
- Experimenting with AI agents and new models

The goal isn't to generate more content for the sake of it. The goal is to build systems that let a tiny team produce 10x more.

What you'll work on

Your projects could include

- Building and testing landing pages
- Creating AI-powered growth tools
- Building content generation and distribution pipelines
- Experimenting with SEO and programmatic content
- Creating social media content using AI
- Designing viral/product-led growth loops
- Running conversion experiments




- Building internal tools and automations
- Using AI agents to automate workflows
- Analyzing user behavior and identifying growth opportunities
- Taking ideas from a founder's brain and turning them into working products

There is no fixed playbook. You will help create the playbook.

QualificationsMust-have

- Currently in your 3rd or 4th year of college .
- Working knowledge of Claude Code
- You have built at least one vibe-coding project at university or independently
- You have created projects using OpenAI image-generation models
- You have thought about or implemented an AI-powered content pipeline
- At least 3 months of hands-on experience with Hermes Agent — this is a must
- Basic understanding of Vedic astrology and genuine interest in the subject

You’ll probably do well here if...
- You build things for fun
- You use AI every day
- You'd rather ship a rough prototype today than spend two weeks planning it
- You obsess over why users click, convert, share, or churn
- You have strong taste in design and can recognize when something looks bad
- You enjoy experimenting with new AI models and agents
- You can take a vague idea and turn it into something tangible
- You want to understand how a startup actually gets from 0 → 1

This role is NOT for you if...
- You haven't used Hermes Agent
- You've only used AI for ChatGPT-style questions
- You need a detailed task list before starting
- You're looking for a conventional marketing internship
- You don't have any interest in astrology
- You haven't built anything with AI or code outside of coursework

You'll work directly with the founding team and have the opportunity to influence what we build, how we grow, and how we use AI across the company.
