About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Manual Tester with domain expertise in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in validating the health insurance claim workflows within our client’s systems, ensuring they adhere to regulatory standards, business rules, and quality benchmarks. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of performing comprehensive testing activities, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of health claims processing modules, contributing to the seamless operation of health insurance services offered by our clients.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with a focus on IT, Computer Science, or related fields.



Relevant experience in the insurance domain, specifically in health claims processing, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience in manual testing, particularly within the insurance or financial services sectors.

Knowledge of the TCS BaNCS platform is highly preferred, along with familiarity with testing tools, defect tracking systems, and basic SQL skills. Strong analytical abilities, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to understand complex business processes are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within the TCS BaNCS platform.

Key responsibilities include validating claim adjudication, settlement, policy linkage, and payment workflows to ensure they function accurately and efficiently. The tester will create detailed test cases based on business requirements, execute functional, regression, and integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Logging, tracking, and verifying defects in collaboration with development teams will be a critical part of the role, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

the candidate must ensure all testing activities comply with regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and internal quality benchmarks. Working closely with business analysts and domain experts to understand evolving requirements and provide feedback for system improvements will also be part of the responsibilities.
