Qualifications

- 3-5 years of relevant software development experience
- Hands-on experience with DXC GraphTalk
- Experience working with core insurance systems
- Exposure to one or more of the following insurance areas: Life Insurance, Protection Products, Savings Products, or Policy Administration
- Understanding of insurance business processes and policy lifecycle management
- Experience working within enterprise application environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating within Agile delivery teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and international team environment

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications within the DXC GraphTalk platform
- Support core insurance processes across Life, Protection, and Savings products




- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Configure and customize insurance products, business rules, and workflows
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional development teams
- Support application integrations and data exchange between internal and external systems
- Participate in system testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system stability and performance
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure solutions comply with business, regulatory, and technical standards
