The Role

Own the reliability and scalability of the Engineering Operations (DevOps) team’s cloud and Kubernetes platform, ensuring secure, regulated deployments for enterprise AI workloads. Partner with product, security, and compliance groups to deliver observability, CI/CD, and compliance capabilities that keep mission-critical systems running.

What You’ll Do

- Own end-to-end reliability for multi-region, multi-tenant deployments, defining SLOs and driving continuous improvement
- Design cloud and Kubernetes infrastructure that supports GPU scheduling, multi-cluster management, and secure tenant isolation
- Build a unified observability framework that aggregates application metrics, tracing, business KPIs, and alerts across all services
- Deliver CI/CD pipelines and Temporal workflow orchestration that enable rapid, safe releases and durable execution




- Improve security posture by implementing automated secrets rotation, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks aligned with financial regulations
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and compliance teams to translate ambiguous requirements into production-ready infrastructure solutions
- Own incident response processes, conduct post-mortems, and embed learnings into the platform to reduce mean-time-to-recovery
- Improve operational efficiency by automating routine tasks and driving AI-native infrastructure automation practices

What You’ll Bring

- Proven expertise delivering production-grade DevOps solutions in highly regulated, enterprise AI environments
- AI-native velocity as a default mode of working
- Expert-level mastery of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Deep experience with Kubernetes at scale, including multi-cluster, GPU workloads, and service-mesh integration
- Strong skill in building observability pipelines that combine metrics, tracing, business KPIs, and SLO monitoring
- Extensive background designing and operating CI/CD systems and Temporal workflow clusters for reliable releases
- Hands-on knowledge of security automation, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance frameworks
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete, safe production architectures
- Sound judgment and clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior engineering and compliance leaders
