Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain complex Java-based applications with minimal supervision.
- Work independently on assigned modules and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a small team of developers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
- Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Good understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker,



and basic cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus).
- Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Nice to Have
- Full Stack Development experience (basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular is a plus).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-scale applications.

Location - Indiranagar ,Bangalore
