recent hands-on exposure to architecting AI-first applications using AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI approaches . If you’ve built scalable products and enjoy coaching founding teams, join us in shaping future startup leaders.

About the Role As a Mentor, you will coach early-stage founders and founding teams within Rooman Technologies.

Your role is not academic—it is deeply practical, strategic, and outcome-oriented.

Responsibilities

- Founder Mentorship: Guide startup teams through ideation, validation, MVP development, and go-to-market thinking
- Strategic Coaching: Help founders build clarity on problem statements, customer personas, value propositions,



and execution roadmaps
- Real-World Perspective: Share insights from industry, startups, or research to ground ideas in reality
- Execution Oversight: Review progress, challenge assumptions, and push teams toward tangible outcomes
- Mindset Building: Develop resilience, decision-making ability, and entrepreneurial thinking

Qualifications

- Professionals with 10+ years of industry, startup, or research experience
- Individuals with hands-on exposure to building products, startups, or scalable systems
- Leaders passionate about mentoring, coaching, and ecosystem development
- Those who believe the future belongs to strategists, builders, and entrepreneurial thinkers

Required Skills Impact-driven mindset with strong strategic thinking, clear product vision, and execution discipline. A demonstrated founder mindset is essential. Exposure to architecting AI-driven applications—including modern AI-based systems—is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience in mentoring, coaching, and a strong network in the startup ecosystem.

Pay Range & Compensation

Attractive honorarium, along with the opportunity to earn sweat equity in the startup(s) you mentor , aligning long-term value creation with your contribution.
