## Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Strategist to develop and execute effective social media strategies that strengthen brand presence, increase audience engagement, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media marketing, content strategy, paid campaigns, trend analysis, and performance optimization.

## Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.

Manage and grow the company's presence across relevant social media platforms.

Develop and execute engaging content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth.

- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and paid social media campaigns.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to identify new opportunities.

Implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies to improve visibility, reach, and engagement.

Collaborate with the content, design, marketing, and other internal teams to execute social media campaigns.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure quality and timely publishing across platforms.

Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.

Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends,



platform algorithms, features, and best practices.

Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement, brand awareness, and overall social media performance.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably managing social media for brands.
- Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Proven experience in developing and executing effective social media strategies.
- Hands-on experience with PPC and paid social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and brand communication.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools such as Meta Business Suite/Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, X Analytics, and similar platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong public relations and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
