Coaches use Skolasti to create, manage, market, and monetize courses through features such as UPI payments, white-label branding, DRM content protection, and AI-powered learner assistance.

As Skolasti continues to grow, we are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can drive our organic social presence, create engaging content, and build meaningful engagement across digital channels.

- Social media copywriting

- Campaign messaging and brand communication

Content Planning

- Editorial calendar management
- Trend identification and adaptation
- Campaign scheduling and publishing
- Cross-platform content distribution

Design Tools

- Canva, Figma

Analytics & Optimization

- Reach and engagement reporting
- Performance analysis
- Content optimization based on audience insights
- Weekly reporting and recommendations

Good to Have

- Experience managing LinkedIn growth initiatives




- Familiarity with online communities and audience-building strategies
- Basic reel and short-form video creation
- Experience with EdTech, SaaS, or creator-focused brands
- Hindi or regional language content exposure

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage Skolasti's social media content calendar.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and optimize content across Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Write compelling hooks, captions, and content narratives.
- Identify emerging trends and create relevant brand-driven content.
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and discussions.
- Track content performance and share actionable insights.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
- Support broader growth and awareness initiatives through content marketing.
