We’re looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

The ideal candidate understands content, trends, audience psychology, and performance analytics and can turn ideas into content that gets reach, engagement, leads, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for clients and the company.
- Create monthly content calendars based on brand goals and target audiences.
- Plan and manage Reels, posts, carousels, stories, and other social content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy.
- Research trending topics, formats, sounds, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Manage daily posting and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Track metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, views, leads, and conversions.
- Experiment with different content formats and strategies to improve performance.
- Stay updated with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and social media algorithm changes.
- Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and community-building activities.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify content opportunities.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Good knowledge of content strategy and social media trends.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to create strong hooks and engaging content ideas.
- Basic understanding of Canva or similar design tools.




- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or personal brands.
- Experience with short-form video/Reels strategy.
- Understanding of personal branding.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience with influencer or creator collaborations.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideation and research.
