We’re hiring: Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist | Noida

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just manage social media, but understands how to build an audience from scratch.

Someone who can spot a trend before every brand has already killed it, knows why one Reel gets 5,000 views while another gets 500,000, and can turn cultural moments, conversations and ideas into content people actually want to share.

You’ll be working across our media consumer businesses, with ownership across:

- Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging short-form platforms
- Content ideation, calendars and publishing
- Reels & Shorts strategy, hooks, formats and organic distribution
- YouTube discovery, titles, thumbnails and SEO
- Community building and real-time engagement
- Creator & influencer discovery, outreach, negotiations and collaborations
- Tracking reach, engagement, saves, shares and follower growth
- Connecting social performance with app installs and business outcomes





We’re particularly interested in people who have actually grown an account organically. Your portfolio and the numbers behind your work will matter more than beautifully formatted social media jargon.

Experience: 1–3 years

Location: Noida

Type: Full-time

Experience in entertainment, media, lifestyle, devotional or creator-led brands is a solid advantage.
