Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels to grow brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, collaborating with creative teams on visuals and copy, scheduling and publishing posts, and managing community interactions through comments, messages, and reviews.

Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and product teams to support launches, promotions, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling aligned with Belaax™’s identity.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Digital Marketing, including planning content calendars and aligning campaigns with broader marketing goals.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging copy and interact professionally with online communities.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with the fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle sector is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with creative and marketing teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Chandigarh, India, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and brand-focused mindset.
