We’re looking for a smart, sincere, humble and creative female Social Media Management Assistant who wants to build a long-term career in social media. You’ll work directly with the Founder, assisting with the day-to-day management of social media clients.

Content and Reel ideation

Assisting with captions and content creation

Posting & scheduling content

Engagement and community management

Social media growth activities

Trend, hashtag and keyword research

Maintaining content calendars and trackers

Assisting with day-to-day client account management Work Structure This is a hybrid, full-time position. ? 2 days per week:



Work in person with the Founder from BKC or Chembur ? Remaining days: Work from home You must be comfortable travelling to both BKC and Chembur when required.

Office days: Generally, around 10 AM–5 PM, with flexibility depending on workload, traffic and weather.

WFH days: Approximately 8 hours of work per day, but your working hours can be flexible. Some social media/mobile-based tasks may need to be completed in the morning or evening. 4 We care more about responsibility, availability and getting the work done than unnecessarily rigid working hours.
