Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate with 02 years of experience who is passionate about market research, rental analysis, and customer engagement. The role involves analyzing rental market trends, preparing property insights, supporting marketing initiatives, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate property information. Your contributions will help strengthen our market presence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct rental market research and analyze residential property trends.
- Perform rental analysis and recommend competitive rental values based on market data.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate property and market information.
- Prepare market comparison reports, rental insights, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure property information is accurate and up to date.
- Support marketing activities by maintaining property listings and promotional content.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market movements, and industry trends.
- Assist in lead generation and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain reports and MIS with high accuracy.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in Marketing, Real Estate, Research, Operations, or a similar role.
- Freshers with solid analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
