Job Summary

Crobstacle Ventures LLP is looking for a hands-on Social Media Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team in Dehradun. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Dehradun.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage monthly and weekly social media content calendars.

- Plan content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

- Write engaging captions, hooks, post copy, and basic campaign messaging.

- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to bring content ideas to life.

- Research current social media trends, formats, hooks, hashtags, and competitor activity.

- Schedule and publish posts, stories, reels, and other content at appropriate times.

- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience activity.

- Support community-building and organic growth initiatives.

- Assist in developing founder and personal-brand content.

- Maintain consistency with each clients brand voice and visual direction.

- Track basic social media metrics and prepare performance reports.

- Identify what is working and suggest improvements based on performance.

- Coordinate internally to ensure content is delivered and published on schedule.

- Take ownership of assigned social media accounts and day-to-day execution.

Requirements

- Experience managing founder or personal brands.

- Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video formats.





- Basic Canva knowledge.

- Familiarity with Notion or social media scheduling tools.

- Experience working with multiple brands or industries.

- Basic understanding of YouTube content.

- Knowledge of LinkedIn content strategy.

- Interest in branding, content strategy, and digital marketing.

- Experience preparing basic social media performance reports.

- 0-2 years of hands-on social media marketing experience.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media content formats.

- Ability to write explicit and engaging captions and social media copy.

- Understanding of content calendars and publishing workflows.

- Ability to research trends, hooks, hashtags, and competitor content.

- Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.

- Strong written communication skills.

- Good organisation and time-management skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with design and video teams.

- Ownership mindset and attention to detail.

- Comfortable working full-time from Dehradun.
