Job Title: Social Media Manager (Creative & Strategy)

Role Overview:We are looking for a trend-obsessed, highly creative Social Media Manager to own our brand's voice, aesthetics, and digital growth.

You are not just a post-scheduler; you are a digital storyteller who knows how to turn random internet trends into viral, brand-aligned content.

If you have at least 2 years of professional experience handling social platforms and love experimenting with fresh multimedia ideas, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Ideation: Brainstorm and pitch unconventional social media campaigns that spark audience conversation.
- Content Creation: Script, shoot, and direct engaging short-form video content like Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
- Brand Voice: Write witty, platform-native captions and copy that resonate deeply with our target demographic.
- Trend Jacking: Monitor real-time pop culture moments, memes, and audio tracks to pivot content quickly.
- Visual Direction: Collaborate closely with graphic designers and editors to maintain a premium visual grid aesthetic.




- Community Management: Interact authentically with our followers, host Q&As;, and manage community engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Review platform analytics monthly to decipher what content formats drive actual conversion and reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated experience managing skilled brand channels.
- Portfolio: A proven portfolio showcasing active campaigns, viral reels, or creative copywriting samples.
- Video Skills: Hands-on experience with mobile video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Design Basics: Solid aesthetic eye with functional skills in Canva or Photoshop.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience navigating scheduling and analytics software such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the algorithms powering Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
