Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Develop creative ideas for posts, reels, stories, carousels and other social media formats.
- Create visually appealing social media creatives using Canva.
- Edit basic reels and short-form videos using VN Video Editor or similar applications.
- Handle posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, tagging and basic platform management.
- Write engaging and intelligent social media copy, captions, hooks and CTAs.
- Understand how to adapt content and messaging according to the brand, target audience and platform.
- Research current social media trends, formats, sounds and content opportunities.
- Think creatively and bring fresh concepts for increasing reach, engagement and brand visibility.
- Maintain consistency in brand language, visual identity and overall communication.
- Coordinate with the design/content team to collect project information, images, videos and other relevant material.
- Monitor basic social media analytics and understand what content is performing well.
- Stay updated with new social media tools, AI tools, editing applications and content-creation platforms.

Must-Have Skills

* 1+ year of experience in social media management/content creation.

- Good working knowledge of Canva.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of VN Video Editor or a similar video-editing application.
- Strong understanding of Instagram content formats and trends.




- Good creative thinking and visual sense.
- Robust content-writing and communication skills.
- Ability to write smart, engaging and brand-appropriate captions and social media copy.
- Understanding of social media marketing and audience engagement.
- Ability to independently plan and execute content from concept to posting.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.

Candidates with knowledge of the following will be preferred:
- CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / InShot
- Photoshop / Illustrator

- Instagram Insights / Meta Analytics

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive and digitally curious — someone who doesn't simply post content but understands why a piece of content should be created, who it is meant for and how it can perform better. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, experimenting with new content formats and bringing fresh ideas and smart storytelling to social media.

Portfolio / previous social media work is preferred.
