Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies, managing daily posting schedules, and optimizing content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and others.

The Social Media

Manager will monitor trends, track performance metrics, and adjust campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and clients, coordinating with influencers, responding to audience interactions,



and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The role also includes preparing performance reports and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and execute Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Experience in Content Strategy, including planning content calendars and aligning content with business goals.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
