About the Role We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts. You'll own the content calendar, guide a team of designers and video editors, and make sure every client gets on-brand, on-time, high-quality content that drives real engagement and growth. What You'll Do

Own end-to-end social media strategy for multiple client accounts across categories like F&B;, jewellery, and real estate

Plan and manage monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories) in collaboration with designers and video editors

Write compelling captions, hooks, and content briefs aligned to each brand's voice

Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and translate insights into better content decisions

Coordinate with the internal design and video team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all accounts

Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and content formats (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)



to keep client strategies fresh

Liaise directly with clients — presenting content plans, reporting results, and handling feedback professionally

Support performance marketing initiatives (Meta/Google Ads) where content and paid strategy intersect What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting handling multiple clients

Strong understanding of Instagram/Meta content strategy, trends, and analytics

Excellent written communication and content/caption-writing skills

Experience managing or coordinating with designers/video editors to hit content deadlines

Comfortable juggling multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously

Client-facing confidence — able to present strategy and handle feedback with professionalism
