About The Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and manage our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, community management, audience growth, and performance tracking across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and Quora.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and Quora.
- Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals.
- Write engaging captions, posts, articles, and community discussions.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Build and engage online communities through active participation and discussions.
- Manage Reddit and Quora marketing initiatives, including organic engagement and reputation building.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community queries in a timely manner.




- Run social media campaigns and optimize them for maximum reach and engagement.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Reddit and Quora marketing/community engagement is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with B2B and B2C social media marketing.
- Knowledge of paid social campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI content tools and social listening platforms.
- Graphic design and video editing knowledge is a plus.
