Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for managing and growing La’bangerry’s presence across key social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling posts, and optimizing content for reach, engagement, and brand consistency.

The role involves developing content strategies aligned with marketing goals, monitoring analytics, and adjusting tactics based on performance insights.

The Social Media

Manager will engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages,



collaborating with internal teams for product launches, and coordinating with designers and content creators for visual and written assets. This position also includes staying updated on trends in beauty, cosmetics, and social media to inform innovative campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve engagement.
- Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy, including planning calendars and aligning content with brand and marketing objectives.
- Excellent Writing and Communication skills to create transparent, engaging, and brand-consistent posts and interact with online communities.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, performance tracking, and basic reporting.
- Understanding of beauty and cosmetic industry trends and audience behavior on social platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
