Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will manage social media platforms, develop content strategies, optimize engagement and oversee the creation of engaging written content. Responsibilities will include planning and executing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and increasing brand visibility and online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan monthly social media calendars for HUT and client brands.
- Develop campaign ideas, reel concepts, topical posts and engagement-led content.
- Coordinate with designers,



writers and internal teams to get creatives executed.
- Manage client inputs, feedback and approvals.
- Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms.
- Track performance, prepare reports and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on trends, platform changes and competitor activity.

Qualifications

- At least 4 years of agency experience in Social Media Marketing
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Knowledge of emerging social media trends and tools
- Proficiency in using social media management platforms and analytics tools
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in brand management or digital marketing is a plus

Salary

- Rs. 3.5 - 5.5 LPA
