About the Brand:

SOULEVA is a premium luxury wellness brand focused on women’s wellness, gut health, sleep, stress, nervous system healing, hormonal wellness, botanical rituals and natural lifestyle-based wellness. We are building a high-end wellness brand with a calm, premium, feminine and editorial Instagram presence.

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can handle complete social media planning, content creation, strategy, scheduling and growth for the brand.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, designing, scheduling and managing social media content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and other platforms. The candidate should understand premium branding, content strategy, reels, carousels, stories, captions, hashtags, trends, audience engagement and social media growth.

This role is not only about posting content. We need someone who can think strategically, understand the brand tone, create high-quality content and help build a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create monthly social media strategy and content calendar
- Plan and design Instagram posts, carousels, reels covers and stories
- Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags and story content
- Create reels concepts and scripts based on brand goals
- Schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
- Maintain visual consistency and premium brand aesthetics
- Research trends, competitors and viral content ideas
- Manage daily stories, polls,



questions and engagement activities
- Repurpose content for Pinterest, Facebook and other platforms
- Track performance, insights, reach, saves, shares and engagement
- Suggest content improvements based on analytics
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors or AI tools if required
- Help grow the brand organically through content strategy
- Maintain a premium, elegant and professional social media presence

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Instagram content planning and growth
- Good understanding of reels, carousels, stories and social media trends
- Ability to create premium and aesthetic content
- Good design sense and knowledge of Canva or similar tools
- Strong caption writing and storytelling skills
- Understanding of wellness, beauty, lifestyle or D2C brands is preferred
- Knowledge of Pinterest scheduling and content repurposing is a plus
- Experience with tools like Metricool, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines
- Strong eye for branding, layout, typography and content quality

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with wellness, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, women’s health or D2C brands
- Experience managing Instagram pages from strategy to execution
- Experience creating viral reels, educational carousels and story engagement content




- Knowledge of Meta ads is a bonus but not mandatory
- Basic video editing knowledge is preferred

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, detail-oriented and understands premium branding. The candidate should be able to take ownership of social media completely — from planning ideas to designing posts, writing captions, scheduling content and checking analytics.

The person should understand that SOULEVA is not a loud or generic supplement brand. It is a premium women’s wellness brand with a calm, luxurious and emotionally intelligent content style.
