About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow 7Dots' social media presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Create content ideas for Reels, posts, carousels, and stories.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs.
- Coordinate with the design and video teams for content creation.
- Promote products, new launches, offers, festivals, and store activities.
- Manage social media publishing and audience engagement.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and customer behaviour.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
- Prepare regular social media reports and improve strategy based on insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Retail, Creative, and E-commerce teams.

What We're Looking For




- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Good content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Creative and trend-aware mindset.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, D2C, gifting, or similar brands is an advantage.
