Role Description The Social Media Management Intern is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi. This role involves assisting in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to support client and internal brand objectives. The intern will help manage posting schedules, monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and support optimization efforts to improve reach and performance.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers and strategists, drafting captions and posts, conducting basic research on audience behavior and trends,



and preparing performance summaries. The intern will also contribute ideas for campaigns and content experiments that align with the company’s growth-oriented, design-led approach.

Qualifications

- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage platforms and improve reach and engagement.
- Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, draft, and refine posts and campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for collaboration and audience interaction.
- Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and growth-focused campaigns is beneficial.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and their analytics tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is a plus.
- Curiosity about design-led growth, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and experimentation.
