About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's social media presence through daily content creation, creative designing, trend research, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and design social media creatives on a daily basis for posts, stories, campaigns, announcements, and promotional activities.
- Develop engaging Instagram Reels, posts, carousels, and stories.
- Assist in planning and maintaining the daily/weekly social media content calendar.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, and content formats relevant to the real-estate industry.
- Write creative captions, hooks, and short-form video scripts.
- Assist with shooting and editing Reels and short-form videos.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to understand projects and convert them into engaging content.
- Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, views, and follower growth.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and regularly suggest new content ideas.
- Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity, visual style,



and communication across all platforms.

Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong creativity and understanding of current social media trends.
- Basic to good knowledge of Canva and other graphic designing tools is required.
- Basic knowledge of CapCut or other video-editing tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to create daily social media creatives independently.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in real estate, marketing, branding, and digital content is preferred.
