Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern who is passionate about content, creators, and digital communities. You will work closely with the marketing team to grow betterhood’s social presence, manage influencer collaborations, and help create engaging content that educates and inspires our audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day management of betterhood’s social media channels.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, physiotherapists, and content partners for collaborations.
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers aligned with the brand.
- Manage influencer outreach, communication, product seeding, and follow-ups.
- Track campaign performance and maintain influencer databases.
- Assist in content planning, content calendars, and campaign execution.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity,



and emerging content formats.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure timely content delivery.
- Help manage community engagement through comments, DMs, and audience interactions.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for social media, content creation, and influencer marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystems.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Canva, and social media platforms is a plus.
- Interest in wellness, healthcare, fitness, sports, or startup ecosystems.
