About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. This role requires someone who understands how social media works and can manage brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable not only with social media management but also with basic graphic designing, video editing, and short-form content creation. You will work closely with the content, design, and performance teams to strategize, create, publish, and analyze social media content for in-house brands and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Plan and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Manage day-to-day posting and content calendar execution.
- Create and coordinate social media creatives, carousels, stories, reels, and promotional content.
- Design basic graphics for social media using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
- Edit short-form videos/reels for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Add captions, transitions, effects, music, subtitles, and basic motion graphics to videos.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats suitable for various platforms.
- Coordinate with content writers and marketing teams to convert ideas into engaging visual content.
- Conduct competitor and trend research to discover creative content ideas and industry best practices.
- Shoot basic reels, behind-the-scenes content, talking-head videos, and UGC-style content when required.
- Manage social media accounts and maintain consistent brand identity across platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community interaction.
- Track key metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
- Assist in executing paid social media campaigns with the performance marketing team.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, editing techniques,



and new content creation tools.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Basic to intermediate graphic designing skills.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
- Ability to create engaging reels, stories, carousels, and social media creatives.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Creator Studio, Edits, or similar tools.
- Creative mindset with a valuable eye for design, content, video, and storytelling.
- Ability to understand and maintain brand guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on multiple brands/accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, IT, or a related field.
- Ability to independently shoot and edit short-form content/reels.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, and framing.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite is a bonus.
- A portfolio showcasing social media posts, graphic designs, reels, video edits, or other creative work will be preferred.
